Every Stone Haven client gets a live portal — every send, every reply, every booked meeting. Clients only see it after they sign. So here it is up front: put your market and your sales numbers in, and see exactly what you'd be getting.

Who are we going after?

Pick your market. We'll show how much of it we can actually reach — companies, and the verified decision-makers inside them.

Market sizes are directional estimates from our data coverage across Apollo, Ocean, Clay and our own enrichment. We verify and hard-count your exact list during discovery — before a single send goes out.

02

How we know we can reach them.

Anyone can say they'll target your ICP. The question is whether they can actually find those people, prove the contact details are real, and say something worth replying to. That is a data problem and a research problem — here is how we solve both.

01

We don't buy a list. We triangulate one.

Most agencies export one Apollo search and call it targeting. We pull the same ICP from 21+ databases and broker feeds at once, then keep only the records that agree with each other. Contradictory titles, dead companies and stale moves fall out before anyone sees them.

One illustrative contact. Which sources hold a given person varies — that is exactly why we query all of them.

Built on our own infrastructure, not rented tools.

Sending, verification and enrichment run on internal software our engineering team builds and maintains. When deliverability shifts, we patch the same day — no support tickets, no waiting on a vendor roadmap.

What you'd otherwise be buying.

The alternative to this is hiring a person and hoping. Same job, one pair of hands.

The old way

One human SDR

$6,000–$8,000 / month, fully loaded
  • Ramps for 90 days before the first real conversation
  • One channel, one angle at a time — whatever they have time for
  • Research gets thinner every time you ask for more volume
  • A few hundred touches a day on a good day
  • Replies land whenever they next open the inbox
  • Leaves in 14 months and takes the context with them
The Stone Haven way

A whole outbound department

Built, staffed and running in under a week
  • Live campaigns inside 24 hours of your onboarding form
  • Email, LinkedIn and phone running in sync, 3–5 angles at once
  • The same depth of research on message one and message one million
  • Millions of one-to-one personalised messages a day
  • A trained setter replying inside 5 minutes, a caller dialling the same day
  • A team of specialists — nobody on your account is a single point of failure

The work an SDR does by hand is not magic, it is a process. We took that process, gave it our data and our AI systems, and pointed a team of specialists at the part that still needs a human — the conversation.

04

Pick the engine size.

Pick one and everything below — the projected funnel, what it's worth to you, and the portal — recalculates against it. The monthly runs at cost — it covers the team and your infrastructure, nothing more — and we take a share of the revenue it produces. We quote both on the call, once we know your market.

In every engine, whichever you pick
  • A warm caller phoning every hand-raiser onto your calendar
  • Sending infrastructure, domains + inbox warmup
  • Copy, angles and A/B testing written for you
  • List build, enrichment and verification
  • Deliverability monitored daily
  • Strategist, campaign manager and reply routing
  • Weekly review of your sales calls and the closing frameworks behind them
  • Live client portal + weekly reporting

No setup fee and no per-lead billing on any engine, and no minimum term on any of them either — every engine can be changed or stopped whenever you want. The one cost that stays yours is the marketing spend the channels themselves run on.

05

What comes out the other end.

Averages across our book once the offer, the ICP and the message-market fit are dialled in — usually month two to three. Month one is build and warmup.

These are averages, not a fixed allocation. Every week we look at where the meetings are actually coming from and move the resource there — if LinkedIn is outperforming email in your market, LinkedIn gets the volume. You're buying an outcome, not a channel.

1
Month 1 — build

Infrastructure, domains, warmup, list build, offer teardown, copy. Volume ramps from ~30% to full. First meetings usually land here, but we don't promise them.

2
Month 2 — tune

Live reply data tells us which angle, segment and channel wins. Losers get cut, winners get volume. This is where the numbers above start showing up.

3
Month 3+ — compound

Message-market fit is proven. We scale volume, add segments, and reallocate across email, LinkedIn and calling to hold the meeting rate as the list gets worked.

06

What that's worth to you.

Your numbers against that meeting volume. We put our fee next to this on the call — this is the side of the equation that decides whether it's worth having.

Projections, not guarantees — they assume the offer converts and the list is right, which is exactly what month one is for. If these numbers look thin for your business, say so on the call: we'll tell you outbound is the wrong lever rather than sell you an engine you don't need.

How we got these numbers
  • Cold email: 3.3-step sequences, so 200K sends ≈ 61K prospects. 1.3% of prospects reply, 20% of replies are positive, 30% of those book. Reply efficiency is discounted as volume climbs — bigger engines reach deeper into the same market.
  • LinkedIn: 1,000 connection requests per account per month, 25% accepted, 20% of those reply, 15% of replies positive (10–20% in practice, entirely down to how good your offer is), 45% book.
  • Cold calling: 10,000 dials per cold caller per month, 6% reach a live conversation at that volume, 8% of conversations are interested, 45% book.
  • Warm calling isn't counted as a separate channel — it would be double counting. Your warm caller works the replies the other channels produce, which is why 30% of positive email replies and 45% of positive LinkedIn replies turn into a booked meeting above. Left sitting in an inbox, they don't.
  • The conservative end of every range is 38% below expected. Month one runs well under both — that month is build and warmup.
07

What happens the day you sign.

Four steps, and you only do the first one. Note step three: nothing goes out with your name on it until you've seen the list and the copy and said yes.

  1. Day 0

You fill out one onboarding form.

Offer, ICP, the deals you actually want, the ones you don't, proof we can use, calendar and inbox access. That is the whole ask on your side.

  2. Within 24 hours

We build the account while you get on with your week.

By the end of the first day you have a portal, a Slack channel and a name to talk to.

    • Your client dashboard portal, tracking links and automations are live
    • You're invited to a shared Slack channel and assigned a customer success manager as your direct contact
    • Our team reads the onboarding form and maps the outreach roadmap — segments, angles, sequence structure
    • Lead sourcing starts across our data brokers, 21+ databases and our own 415M+ record database
    • Only then do we build the campaign structure and the first email, LinkedIn and calling campaigns
  3. Before anything sends

You approve the leads and the campaigns.

You see the actual list and the actual copy before a single message goes out. If the targeting is wrong, it gets fixed while it costs nothing — this is the step that answers whether we understood your ICP, and it happens before your name is on anything.

  4. From launch on

We launch, test angles, and hunt message-market fit.

The goal of the first weeks is not volume, it is finding what sticks — the exact message that lands with the exact ICP.

    • 3–5 angles go live simultaneously and run against each other
    • A dedicated appointment setter, trained on your offer, works every reply
    • A warm caller dials the interested ones and turns them into real opportunities
    • 3–5 new angles launch every week; results are read at the end of the week and the winners get the volume
    • We keep going until message-market fit is proven, then scale it
08

Who's actually working your account.
